The franchising project “Motel K” represents a unique opportunity for those who want to undertake a new road in the world of hotel hospitality.

The main specifications of the Motel K affiliation:

  • Average size of the property: about 4,000 m²
  • Area of land from 7,000 m² to 11,000 m²
  • Starting costs, financing starting costs and running costs
  • Total Investment based on the type of structure and number of liveable units: - Standard plus5.000.000€ - 7.000.000€ excluding land/ Themed suites & Wellness6.000.000€ - 14.000.000€ excluding land
  • Location: the structure needs to be set not more than 1 km distance from the contingent motorway exit; the area needs to have low traffic and housing density.
  • Staff for start-up required: n.12/30 employees  (the preferred affiliates are owners/operators)

What we ask for:

  • Entry fee: One off payment for entry into the Franchising Net Motel K. Entry fee cost per Franchisee: €50,000
  • Annual Royalty: during the Franchising Contract, the Franchisee will annually pay to the Franchisor, a Royalty fee of  5 % of the sales volumes, deadline to be agreed during the first draft of the contract
  • Annual Service Fee: compensation for Assistance Service to Booking Software and Managing Software
  • Duration of franchising contract: 10-15 years (renewable) Liquidity available: 600.000€
